Cape Hatteras Landing

This project is a comprehensive beach community on 16 acres
of waterfront land on the Pamlico Sound in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. The goal of this project is to develop a multi-family
community where environmentally friendly concerns carry
through the various building types required for this project and
maximize the best use of this extraordinary property.

Cape Hatteras Landing consists of 24 large town homes, 50
condominium units, clubhouse with pool, and a 60 seat
restaurant and administrative and support offices. The town
homes, ranging in size from 4500-6500sf, are broken into 3 sets
of row house clusters to maximize views and provide a
neighborhood feel. Separated into two buildings, the
condominium units front on highways 12 and define the
entrance to the property.

The project consists of 140,000sf of townhouse construction,
100,000sf of condominium construction, and a 6,000 sf
clubhouse, all with views and access to the surrounding
waters of the Pamlico Sound.
