Anheuser Busch has been a client of VIA design architects
since 1996. Our campus + facility wide planning and
programming efforts have guided re-use of existing spaces
with phased occupancy, abatement of hazardous materials
and creation of new footprint on and with in this 1.5 million
square foot facility. A recent educational + corporate training/
dining facility is positioned on the front of the plant packaging
building on route 60 and brings a fresh contemporary image to
the entire plant. This facility is designed as a focal point for
employee training, safety awareness, information gathering
and other learning opportunities. The physical architectural
environment and expression was determined to be critical in
creating an environment to maintain high employee morale, to
project a postive public image, and to evoke the company’s
mission and future. Energy saving and sustainable design
considerations were incorporated into the project.
