Modernizations to Newtown Road Elementary School

Newtown Road Elementary is a 77,320 square foot existing 1950's vintage K-5 school. This project focused on the modernization of approximately 60,000 square feet to remain and the new construction of 44,000 square feet of core program spaces and additional classroom space.

The building will be converted into a 2-3 grade level school with Special Education Resource Rooms, ESL, 0T/PT, TMR, and Cross Categorical rooms. All new mechanical, electrical and technology will be implemented throughout the modernized areas and the new construction.
