Pamlico Sound - Buxton, North Carolina
Cape Hatteras Landing
The Cape Hatteras Landing project
is a comprehensive beach
community on 16 acres of
waterfront land on the Pamlico
Sound in Cape Hatteras, North
Carolina. The goal of this project
is to develop a multi-family community
where environmentally friendly concerns carry through the various building types required for this
project and maximize the best use of this extraordinary property.
Cape Hatteras Landing consists of 24 large town homes, ranging in size from
4,500 s.f. up to 6,500 s.f., broken into 3 sets of row house clusters. This will maximize views and provide a neighborhood feel to the project. There will be
50 condominium units, separated into 2 buildings, which will front the Highway 12 side of the site and
provide a defined entrance to the property. The project also calls for the
development of a 40 slip marina, a full service clubhouse with a pool, a 60 seat
restaurant, and administrative and support offices.
The project consists of 140,000 s.f. of townhouse construction, 100,000 s.f. of
condominium construction and a 6,000 s.f. clubhouse all with views and access
to the surrounding waters of the Pamlico Sound.
